Zobra’s work is grounded in trauma-informed therapy that helps clients feel supported, understood, and equipped with tools they can actually use outside of session.
Her approach is warm, structured, and collaborative—blending clinical training with real-life understanding to help clients process pain, regulate emotions, and move toward healthier patterns.
Therapy at Wellnezz is designed to help you feel more grounded, emotionally supported, and better equipped to navigate the challenges affecting your daily life, relationships, and overall well-being.

Please call to discuss rates. Your hourly rate will be confirmed before your first session, and reduced fee options may be explored based on income and budget. Payment is requested at the beginning of session. Cash, check, or credit card accepted.
The number of sessions depends on your individual situation and needs. We will go over your goals for therapy in the first session and check on your progress throughout treatment. Once you reach your goals, we will discuss your decision to continue or end treatment.
